24 *7 Basis team member should be ready to work in shifts including 3rd shift
Tasks Core tasks specification of role mentioned above what does this mean Should be able to work on SAP basis administration task
Daily monitoring Housekeeping activities Kernel upgrade System restart SP upgrade System refresh including restore and recovery Oracle or HANA Competencies Which demands competencies does this role have to properly execute its responsibilities e g professional competencies soft skills and method competencies as well as potentially relevant working experience education and foreign languages
Good communication SAP Basis experience
Oracle HANA database experience Accountabilities Which accountabilities are linked to the competencies to be able to successfully execute the tasks
What is the expectation of behaviour-Doing event monitoring System monitoring Incident management Change Management Interfaces Which interface contact points are there Should be good team member working with customer on planned changes
