As a faculty member youll:

  • Deliver evidence-based instruction in classroom clinical and online settings
  • Guide students through clinical experiences and evaluate their performance

Qualifications :

  • Masters Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
  • Current unencumbered professional nurse licensure in the state of Texas (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Minimum of two years of recent clinical nursing experience
  • Demonstrated ability to teach and mentor students effectively; must be experientially prepared to teach assigned courses
  • Excellent communication skills sound judgment and a high level of initiative
  • Must maintain current regulatory and practice credentials as applicable to the teaching assignment
  • Compliance with all clinical site requirements as outlined in the faculty compliance packet
  • Education and experience must align with state regulations and accreditation standards
  • Must comply with the rules and regulations of state authorization agencies including higher education and/or licensing boards in multiple states as applicable


Additional Information :

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country the expected salary range for this position is between $53520.90 and $93918.96. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
