Job Description
Lead project teams towards realizing Project Development from concept development to project team
release.
Responsible and Lead project teams to achieve project targets in term of quality cost and on time
delivery.
Review project monthly basis with the Management Team and highlight issues which warrant their
assistance or decision as well as proposals for improvements.
Coordinate with team members to identify risks potential project issues and problems troubleshoot and
derive solutions.
Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
Implement and manage project changes and intervention to achieve project outputs.
Responsible for project expenditure.
Qualifications :
Degree/Master in engineering or its equivalent.
Minimum 5 years working experience in NPI Project Management (preferably in design and
development environment).
Self-driven and result oriented individual who have strong interpersonal analytical and problem
Solving skills. Able to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong focus on results.
Strong Leadership skills good communication skills planning skills and analytical skills.
Take lead in resolving issues with the team.
Entrepreneurial thinking.
Confident and persistent in achieving set targets. Pro-active mindset. Team player.
Work in multinationals highly dynamic teams. You will develop intercultural competency and
appreciate the experience.
Main contact window between product owner and project team members.
Coaching and supporting team members in PDP process and TTM methods.
You are able to influence the products direction by giving inputs and be part of a highly
collaborative team.
