As a Business Performance Analyst you will play a pivotal role in supporting strategic decisions by analyzing topline performance channel mix performance international flows and market positioning.
You will deliver comprehensive data-driven insights to guide business leaders across functions including Sales Distribution Marketing Revenue Management and Finance. Your scope will cover topline performance channel mix breakdown incrementality analysis and the deployment of standardized analytical methodologies.
Your mission:
Analyze topline performance and support strategic decisions
Deliver both recurring and ad hoc analyses across key revenue drivers: topline evolution channel mix RGI client segmentation and sales performance.
Prepare insight-rich business reviews including executive summaries and tailored recommendations to guide Accors commercial and strategic decisions.
Predict future business performance by forecasting major KPIs
Develop and deploy robust analytical methodologies
Deploy standardized frameworks to assess business performance (e.g. incremental contribution models volume vs. price breakdowns).
Ensure consistency and comparability of analyses across regions segments and time periods.
Act as a strategic partner to commercial teams
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing stakeholders to understand their needs and adapt analytical approaches accordingly.
Contribute to the design of commercial plans by securing robust data-backed business cases and performance assumptions.
Evaluate the business impact of key commercial initiatives (offers campaigns etc.).
Provide guidance for resource allocation and prioritization based on business potential and historical performance.
Monitor external signals to contextualize business dynamics
Leverage third-party intelligence (e.g. market share airline capacity data major event calendars) to enrich internal performance insights and anticipate market shifts.
Contribute to cross-functional projects
Take part in transversal initiatives aimed at improving business steering capabilities including tool enhancement dashboarding and knowledge sharing across the organization.

And you
Advanced Excel and good experience with Tableau Software
Working knowledge of SQL and large datasets (Snowflake is a plus)
Proven ability to present complex findings to senior stakeholders in a structured and compelling way
Strong attention to detail intellectual curiosity and business acumen
Fluent English mandatory ; French is a plus
