Job Description

As Commercial Counsel within the Legal Commercial and Procurement team you will play a vital role in negotiating and managing commercial agreements that support Accors premium midscale and economy hotels. Reporting to the Director Legal Counsel Procurement ENA you will work cross-functionally with procurement sales marketing IT and more ensuring contracts are executed in compliance with applicable laws and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft review and negotiate a broad range of commercial and procurement contracts including sales marketing digital loyalty and service agreements.
  • Provide independent legal advice to multiple internal departments across Europe and North Africa.
  • Manage legal correspondence and coordinate with external legal counsel when necessary.
  • Monitor regulatory and legislative changes and advise the business accordingly.
  • Support the development and sharing of legal know-how by producing and maintaining template agreements.
  • Collaborate effectively within a multicultural and multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Maintain high standards of legal work and sound judgment while working independently.

Qualifications :

  • Law degree or equivalent Legal Executive qualification.
  • Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in commercial or technology transactional law ideally with both law firm and in-house exposure.
  • Strong expertise in commercial law with specific experience in procurement sales marketing digital and e-commerce agreements.
  • Fluent in English and French (business level); additional language skills are a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal negotiation and communication skills.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with strong business acumen and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently and in cross-cultural teams.
