The Integration and Power Platform Manager plays a key role in driving the enterprise integration strategy with a strong focus on Azure Integration Services API management and the Microsoft Power Platform. The successful candidate will combine deep technical expertise with team leadership and project delivery skills and demonstrate a keen interest in emerging technologies such as Agentic AI. This role will ensure seamless cross-system connectivity and support innovation that drives business transformation initiatives.
This role includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Application Integration and Power Platform teams fostering a culture of collaboration innovation and continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute the enterprise integration strategy leveraging Azure Integration Services to deliver scalable and resilient solutions.
- Define implement and govern a robust API strategy to enable secure efficient and standardized integration across systems.
- Drive the exploration and adoption of emerging technologies particularly Agentic AI to enhance automation and process efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align integration and automation efforts with strategic business objectives.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to a range of stakeholders through high-quality documentation and presentations.
- Promote best practices in solution design project management quality assurance and risk management across all initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Extensive experience in application integration within complex enterprise environments with hands-on expertise in Azure Integration Services.
- Strong background in API management and enterprise integration architecture.
- Demonstrated knowledge of or strong interest in the Microsoft Power Platform (e.g. Power Apps Power Automate Power BI).
- Exposure to or curiosity about Agentic AI technologies and their potential business applications.
- Proven experience leading technical teams and successfully delivering cross-functional technology projects.
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences in a multinational corporate environment.
- Fluent in English both written and verbal with excellent presentation and documentation abilities.
- Experience working in large global organizations is highly desirable.
