Job Description

You will provide assistance with questions on the product portfolio import/export procedures first-level technical support complaints and support with the use of the IoT technologies these vehicles are equipped with including apps. In this role you will utilize your language skills in Danish and English to provide outstanding customer service and support.

Some of your functions will be: (not limited to) 

- Manage incoming contacts (mainly phone calls) such as phone calls emails and letters from customers: This involves promptly and professionally handling all incoming communication from customers ensuring that their inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely manner. This is done in Danish (DK) and English (UK) languages working for both markets (DKUK).

- Provide information about products resolve client queries and explain company policies: As a customer service representative you will be responsible for providing accurate and detailed information about the companys products addressing any questions or concerns that customers may have and explaining company policies in a clear and helpful manner.

- Serve as a brand ambassador and provide outstanding service to clients: As a customer service representative you will be the face of the company representing its values and commitment to exceptional service. You will strive to provide an outstanding customer experience building rapport with clients and ensuring that their needs are met with professionalism and care.

- Provide technical support for digital services and Apps.

You bring the passion and well give you the training. This role includes a company-paid training in English of 2-3 weeks so you can become an expert in vehicles customer support and internal procedures.

  4. Contract Stability long term oriented. 

  5. Opportunity for hybrid working after 6 months and work abroad within the EU for up to 15 days per year. Work Monday to Friday (Weekends off!) following this rota: 08:00-16:00 09:00 -17:00 and 11:00-19:00 39 hours per week.
  6. Competitive Salary: During the recruitment process well discuss compensation details. Total salary is around 22469.53  gross per year.


Qualifications :

  • Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer queries with empathy
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • People Person you enjoy working in a collaborative team environment
  • Tech savvy and analytical 
  • Ready to learn!
  • C2 Level in Danish Language C1 Level in English language service is provided in both Danish and English.
