Job Summary
Come Join our Brand New Medical/Surgical Unit in our Brand New Building!!Schedule: Nights 24 hours (8s and 12s) - Part of our Weekend Incentive Program (WIP)
WIP Nurses commit to work at least two (2) twelve (12) hour weekend shifts for three (3) out of (4) weekends during a four (4) week schedule block.
The WIP differential is in addition to any shift differential to which the nurse may otherwise be eligible for the particular shift worked.

Qualifications
- BSN required
- Massachusetts Registered Nurse Licensure required
- BLS required
- Ability to adhere to all I.C.A.R.E. standards
- Have basic analytic thinking necessary to care for a group of patients
- Can function under stress with good interpersonal and communication skills
