Your Impact:

  • Interact with business stakeholders to analyze their needs and document key requirements. Act as a liaison between the team and the business users to enable continuous feedback loops.

  • Develop and refine user stories with appropriate acceptance criteria communicating with developers effectively.

  • Identify risks and dependencies that affect release scope schedule and quality. Manage risks and dependencies through regular collaboration with other product teams.

  • Drive the adoption of AI through use case definition prompt engineering and testing specifically in the context of financial crimes detection and prevention.

  • Support data mapping efforts across system integrations legacy system retirement and other data needs.

  • Understand and develop Modern Delivery agile knowledge and skills that can be used in the day-to-day work environment specifically within agile development teams.

  • Partner with stakeholders across the Multifamily organization to assist in delivering our new technology capabilities specifically in process redesign legacy application integration and retirement and product release readiness.

  • Develop deep Multifamily business knowledge to discover ways to improve team processes and communicate efficiencies effectively among the business and technology departments.

  • Participate in team daily stand-ups defect calls SME sessions Sprint Planning Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective with applicable teams to discuss release scope risks issues and recommend solutions.

  • Document and communicate key notes and outcomes of all team meetings.

  • Assist in release support expectations ensuring all applicable groups are engaged in release planning and execution.

Qualifications:

  • College degree or equivalent experience; work towards advanced studies/degree preferred

  • 2-3 years related experience working in agile environments

  • 2-3 years of experience Writing user stories and translating business requirements

  • Experience using Atlassian and Microsoft Office products (Jira Confluence Visio Excel PowerPoint Teams)

  • Strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify prioritize and articulate business features

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear concise fashion to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Must present strong organizational skills and pay close attention to detail

  • Strong time management skills; ability to operate independently with minimal guidance

  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with others motivate employees and elicit work output in a team environment

  • Experience in the primary or secondary mortgage market highly desirable

  • Previous experience in financial crimes technology is highly desirable (case management tools AI detection tools)

  • Previous experience with AI particularly in financial crimes contexts is highly desirable

  • Availability for occasional work beyond core business hours or weekends as needed

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $78000 - $118000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position experience skill set internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
