POSITION SUMMARY:


The Facility Assessor Coordinator (aka BUILDER Coordination and Data Management Specialist) is responsible for managing and executing BUILDER SMS database activities including but not limited to patching quality control and analysis. The BUILDER Sustainment Management System (SMS) is a web-based software application developed to help engineers managers and technicians decide when where and how to best maintain building infrastructure.


*We prefer candidates to have the BUILDER web-based software experience. However we are willing to train the right person. You MUST have facility assessment experience and advanced Excel skills including pivot tables etc.


*This is a hybrid position: It is in-office 3 days a week and remote 2 days a week.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Manage the BUILDER SMS data during pre-site visit during data collection and collection organization through the quality control/quality assurance process.
  • Ensure data integrity is maintained through the many steps it takes
  • Assist the Program Manager and the Area Program Managers in organizing and monitoring the teams actions the data and the clients requirements of the BUILDER program.
  • Ability to utilize a computer IPAD and/or tablet to access and update site data daily.
  • Review and validate field assessment and work plan data before patching into the BUILDER SMS database.
  • Work with the development team to improve internal data management processes
  • Implement BUILDER SMS database update queries
  • Update/Maintain BUILDER data
  • Work collaboratively within the organization to support our clients interests and needs and broaden GoldenWolfs business base
  • Communicates and collaborates with marketing and proposal teams to provide technical and project-related information required to promote and gain new projects programs and systems if necessary
  • Ensures compliance with federal state local industry contractual and company regulations standards specifications and best practices.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong analytical thinking and critical thinking skills are imperative
  • Ability to understand and work with new technologies and iOS applications and provide feedback to software developers from a field perspective
  • Demonstrated experience working within a team structure and autonomous/individual work environments to achieve contract goals
  • Able to work independently
  • Able to work and lead a team in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma with at least five years of project management experience
  • Experience with construction and building systems medical facilities
  • Experience with Operations & Maintenance Procedures and DOD BUILDER SMS Implementation and Management a plus
  • Experience working with government organizational structures processes and procedures is preferred
  • Experience creating comprehensive reports utilizing Microsoft Report Builder or Power BI preferred
  • Experience with medical facilities and infrastructure in the Federal or Public sector along with knowledge and application of US Army Corps of Engineers Sustainment Management Systems
  • Experience managing geographically dispersed sites/teams stakeholder management/customer service skills ability to work with minimal oversight while maintaining schedule discipline and time management skills with the ability to meet tight schedules
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word Excel Outlook Teams and Project
