Job Description
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Follow work instructions to build circuit board-based products.
- Perform operations including but not limited to:
- Soldering or Machining
- Use basic hand tools and battery-operated screw drivers and drills
- Mechanically assemble a range of various controls tools and probes
- Glue probes and assemblies
- Accurately label manufactured products
- Track and document serial number accuracy
- Measure and cut wires
- Complete work order forms
- Assist with testing and verifying finished items that meet standards.
- Performs vital housekeeping duties to maintain clean work environment.
- Must meet department quality attendance and productivity requirements.
- Must perform duties in compliance with all safety rules and regulations required by Company federal state and local provisions.
- Other duties as assigned.
For This Role You Will Need:
- High School diploma or equivalent experience required.
- 6 months experience soldering building or machining in a manufacturing or similar setting.
- Must possess strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently with minimal direction.
- Able to complete daily tasks with utmost attention to detail.
- Must be able to follow verbal and/or written instructions.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Prior electronics assembly experience
