Position Summary:
The Warehouse Worker 3 Team Member is a lead-level position on the Warehouse team with increased experience skills and responsibilities of a Warehouse Worker 1 and 2. The Warehouse teams goal is to ensure efficient and safe handling of products materials and supplies within the warehouse and specifically receiving storing and distributing ice cream and related products maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring that the warehouse is clean and organized. The Warehouse Worker 3 is responsible for assisting the Warehouse Supervisor with planning and overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse. This role involves leading and supporting the Warehouse team ensuring efficient and accurate handling of products maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring a safe and organized work environment. This position requires attention to detail a strong commitment to food and plant safety and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Success for Warehouse Worker 3 is achieved through a positive attitude and expertise to guide and instruct junior-level Team Members facilitating the achievement of Warehouse tasks efficiently and safely.

Qualifications:
2 years working in commercial food preparation manufacturing production or warehouse environment.
1 years warehouse experience.
Possession of or ability to obtain a Forklift Operators Certificate as needed.
Experience operating various warehouse equipment including forklifts pallet jacks hand trucks dollies power tools and other related equipment.
ERP/NetSuite experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Knowledge and Critical Skills:
Fluency in English.
Good counting and math skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to bring hospitality into all interactions.
Ability to work with people of all backgrounds and identities.
Comfortable working on a team in a manufacturing facility with other teams.
Possess general knowledge of warehouse operations methods types of equipment and materials commonly used in a production warehouse setting.
Ability to coach lead and motivate Team Members.
Ability to uphold a high standard of service efficiency sanitation and safety.
