Minimum Qualifications
A doctorate in behavior analysis or a closely related field with an emphasis in behavior analysis by August 2026. Evidence of scholarly productivity. Record of teaching in-person college courses at the undergraduate and/or graduate level.
Preferred Qualifications
Record of teaching in-person college courses at the undergraduate and/or graduate level for more than 1 year. Experience teaching a diverse population. Record of scholarship that demonstrates the ability to conduct independent research and that will contribute meaningfully to the field of behavior analysis. Experience successfully mentoring and supervising graduate and/or undergraduate students in research and applied settings. Board Certification in Behavior Analysis ( BCBA or BCBA -D). Experience and sensitivity in working with people of diverse backgrounds and cultures. Demonstrated experience in advancing social justice equity and inclusion in a university setting. Ability to engage and integrate culturally responsive practices and knowledge in their work.
