As Front Office Manager you will lead the daily operations of our Front Desk and Switchboard teams ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience for every guest. This is a pivotal leadership role within the Rooms Division responsible for delivering service excellence driving team performance and enhancing guest satisfaction at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and inspire the Front Office team fostering a culture of warm intuitive service.
- Ensure all front office operations are executed to the highest standards aligned with brand expectations and guest needs.
- Maintain a strong presence in public areas engaging with guests and responding to feedback in real time.
- Support the Duty Management programme and act as the senior leader in the absence of the Front of House Manager.
- Monitor and manage daily staffing levels to meet operational and financial objectives.
- Oversee the resolution of guest concerns with empathy discretion and efficiency.
- Conduct regular departmental meetings communicate goals clearly and ensure alignment across the team.
- Ensure compliance with all policies procedures and audit requirements including night audit processes.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
What Were Looking For- Minimum of one year in a similar leadership role within a luxury hospitality environment.
- A strong understanding of quality service standards and operational excellence.
- Proven ability to lead motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication organisational and interpersonal skills.
- A calm solutions-focused approach to high-pressure situations.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest engagement.
