Installed Base BU is in charge for Framatomes nuclear engineering and services for operating nuclear plants for new build projects and for installations in decommissioning phase.

We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Managerbased in our Avonmouth willprovide leadership Commercial oversight and control to ensure delivery of projects in line with client-side commercial arrangements in line with company strategy and both operational and financial targets.
Framatome Ltds Commercial Manager will ensure projects costs are planned and delivered in line with agreed contractual obligations and expectations with the intention to create a positive and collaborative client relationship.
The Commercial manager provides contract management oversight and reporting to ensure delivery of projects in line with client-side commercial arrangements. Including the management and administration of contract notices contract changes and other financial processes in a timely manner.
The Commercial manager holds key project relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients on all aspects of their allocated contract(s) and is a key part of the project team. The Commercial manager ensures the project and contracts are compliant with Framatome ltd processes whilst also championing delivery of performance against safety/ quality/ delivery/ innovation/ cost.
Key Activities:
Ensure all Commercial processes (including Procurement) are followed
Reviewing and contributing to process development to improve and maximise growth
Ensure that the organisation complies with the contract obligations as stated
Communicates with parties in a contract so that all understand the terms particularly the contracts financial aspects
Administer contracts in a timely manner EWN/ CEs/ AFP/ invoicing etc.
Coach employees on best practices for managing contract issues and handling daily issues and tasks
Taking responsibility for the financial management of the projects
Nurtures relationships with project teams internal and external
Support contract strategy discussions during the opportunity phase
Support bid development on commercial delivery aspects and highlight risk
Involvement in negotiating and agreeing contracts
Accepts extra duties as situations arise
