Philadelphia Metro Lead

Position Description:

CGI is seeking a Metro Lead for our Philadelphia metro market across eastern Pennsylvania southern New Jersey and Delaware. Responsibilities for this position include strategy business development service delivery client relationships & satisfaction revenue growth partner growth and profitability. The leader will guide and grow their own consulting business within this expanding market. We are seeking a growth-minded individual looking for a long-term career opportunity to grow within a dynamic market. The selected individual will be fully immersed in the local community and able to leverage relationships within the Philadelphia market while also overseeing CGIs business with current clients.

This position is in our Plymouth Meeting PA office.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Business Development and Proposal Leadership: Drive business development by leading proposals and evolving solution offerings with accountability for winning competitive proposals and improving service delivery quality.
Leadership and Team Development: Lead and mentor a team of professionals including direct reports and US nearshore/offshore centers fostering a culture of inspiration emotional intelligence adaptability and strategic thinking.
Client Satisfaction and Account Management: Manage client satisfaction in collaboration with account management teams leading account strategy planning and budget management to ensure profitability within the Philadelphia Metropolitan area.
Service Delivery Excellence: Ensure overall accountability for service delivery to clients striving for continuous improvement in quality.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Educational Background: Bachelors Degree with 15 years of IT and Consulting Services experience; Advanced Degree preferred.
P&L and Team Management: Proven performance in owning a P&L and managing teams.
Business Development: Extensive experience in business development and strategy within high-performing organizations. Demonstrated history of winning large competitive IT and Management consulting contracts with solid relationships in CGIs core business lines with both commercial and State/Local government clients.
Collaboration and Influence: Ability to collaborate and build partnerships influence at the highest company levels and provide business development leadership.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills inspiring confidence and leadership.

Preferred Skills: Strong change management skills related to software development and operational delivery familiarity with enterprise systems and system implementations/integrations (e.g. ERP CRM HR Systems) knowledge of emerging technologies and their applicable use in the commercial environment.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set level experience relevant training and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $220000.00 - $415000.00.
