- Located at Burleigh Waste Facility
- Permanent Part Time - 64 hours per fortnight
- Experience with Second-hand Goods Retail is desirable

Endeavour Foundation promotes the impact of the charitable reuse recycling and retail sector. Wework in partnership withlocal councilsto operate Recycle Re-Use Shop Markets for second hand good. Our Re-use Shops recover good quality items which were destined to become landfill and thats where you come in!
In this role you will be overseeing the Retail shop onsite in the Recycling facility and part of this role will be to mentor guide and coach a small team of Supported Disability employees. You will have experience in prior retail and customer services is desirable.
As ourRe-use Shop Coordinator in Burleighyou will:
- Deliver an exceptional customer service to everyone visiting the reuse shop.
- Coordinate the daily operation of the retail shop.
- Handle cash in line with approved cash handling proceduresand deposit all cash for banking to ensure information is correct.
- Manage the petty cash float and maintain accurate records.
- Price products as per agreed guidelines and keep on top of stock and floor layout to maximise potential sales.
What you can bring to the team:
- Superb customer service and great communication.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate a diverse team.
- Passionfor all things recycling and reducing waste.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Physically fit due to the demands of the role.
- License and own transport preferred
- Medium level of computer literacyand financial reporting.
