For Linklaters Service Delivery Centre Warsaw we are currently recruiting for the Marketing Content Intern role.
About the team
Join our local team responsible for supporting the Pitching Transformation Programme a strategic business development and marketing initiative. Collaborating with the Business Development and Marketing department in Linklaters Global Solutions in Warsaw and internationally our team ensures the accuracy and integrity of marketing credentials.
You will be responsible for
Reviewing and verifying credentials for accuracy and completeness
Cross-checking matter details between documents and databases
Reporting discrepancies or missing information
Updating records according to quality standards
Uploading credentials to IT systems
Supporting data cleansing and integrity projects
Assisting the team as needed
Apply if you
Have high attention to detail and accuracy
Are proficient in Microsoft Excel and office software
Demonstrate strong organisational and time management skills
Excel in written and verbal English communication
Can handle confidential information responsibly
Work effectively in a team environment
