Infosys is seeking a highly experienced Principal Consultant specializing in Oracle Fusion Cloud - Order Management Inventory Purchasing Cost Management and Finance. The candidate should be proficient and functionally insightful with a proven ability to bridge business requirements with robust solution design and process role requires strong experience in leading and executing large-scale transformational programs with expertise across the full project lifecycleincluding user requirements gathering gap analysis solution architecture system development implementation environment setup testing customization data migration ongoing maintenance and post-deployment support.

Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

15 years of experience in IT with a strong background and strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud specifically across key Supply Chain modules such as Inventory Purchasing and Order Management as well as Finance modules including General Ledger Payables Receivables and Fixed Assets
Hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations process design data migration reporting and post-go-live support with a solid understanding of cross-functional configurations and integration tools like FBDI
Expert-level proficiency in setting up functional configurations across modules including approval workflows role-based access and system controls for Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities ability to lead functional discussions and drive issue resolution.
Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams business users and technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies for efficient project delivery and collaboration.
Strong understanding of business process improvement frameworks like Lean or Six Sigma.
Proven ability to lead workshops and engage stakeholders across finance and supply chain functions.
Excellent communication and change management skills to support user adoption and training
