Your work environment at EXP
In this role you will be a part of the Transportation team based in Markham ON office.
What a day at EXP has in store for you
- Assist in the preparation of contract documents for projects
- Assist with design of steel concrete and wood structures
- Work with other engineers collaboratively
- Participate in design meetings with owner and other consultants
- Participate in construction site meetings
- Conduct site visits during construction to review work for general compliance to structural drawings and contract document
What your experience looks like
- Degree in Structural Engineering from a recognized University
- 1 to 3 years experience in structural engineering such as structural steel concrete masonry and wood design relating to foundations buildings and other structures
- Registered with the PEO as an EIT
- Knowledge of structural analysis software
- Proficient with MS Office software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
