Role Overview
The Program Manager plays a key leadership role in guiding the Outreach team to effectively engage with youth and young adults within the community environment. This individual is responsible for building strong relationships with vulnerable youth and young adults many of whom may be involved in at-risk behaviors. The Program Manager ensures that the team provides a safe welcoming space where youth and young adults can find respite and support for a few hours. Additionally the Program Manager collaborates closely with relevant case contacts social institutions community organizations and local resources ensuring that the individuals they serve have access to the comprehensive services they need. Strong communication leadership and organizational skills are essential to fostering trust building partnerships and connecting youth to pathways for stability and growth.
