Job Summary

Responsible for promoting and selling D-SNP (Dual Special Needs Plans) to eligible beneficiaries within the organization and surrounding communities. This role involves building relationships and providing information about available health plan options and facilitating enrollment.


Qualifications

  • Actively promote DSNP to eligible individuals and their families.
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings presentations and informational sessions within assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with provider staffcommunity organizations and various partners and referral sourcesto identify potential members.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure alignment in patient care and plan offerings.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about DSNP and benefits to potential enrollees.
  • Organize and participate in community events health fairs and educational workshops to raise awareness of available plans.
  • Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards


Additional Job Details (if applicable)

Education
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required and a Bachelors Degree preferred

Licenses and Credentials
  • Health Producer License - Required

Experience
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in sales healthcare or insurance with a focus on Medicare and/or Medicaid products required

Knowledge Skills and Abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with various populations.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish Portuguese Chinese or Vietnamese) highly preferred
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and objectives.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
