Job Summary
Responsible for promoting and selling D-SNP (Dual Special Needs Plans) to eligible beneficiaries within the organization and surrounding communities. This role involves building relationships and providing information about available health plan options and facilitating enrollment.
- Actively promote DSNP to eligible individuals and their families.
- Conduct one-on-one meetings presentations and informational sessions within assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with provider staffcommunity organizations and various partners and referral sourcesto identify potential members.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure alignment in patient care and plan offerings.
- Provide clear and accurate information about DSNP and benefits to potential enrollees.
- Organize and participate in community events health fairs and educational workshops to raise awareness of available plans.
- Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards

Education
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required and a Bachelors Degree preferred
Licenses and Credentials
- Health Producer License - Required
Experience
- At least 2-3 years of experience in sales healthcare or insurance with a focus on Medicare and/or Medicaid products required
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with various populations.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish Portuguese Chinese or Vietnamese) highly preferred
- Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and objectives.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
