ABOUT THE ROLE

We currently have a unique opportunity for an Account Manager to join our Fleet team based at our NSW Bella Vista office with flexible WFH options.

You will be working closely with our Relationship Manager and the wider Corporate Fleet Team to professionally represent the Fleetcare brand to deliver exceptional customer service and account management.

You will be responsible for retaining and growing a well-established specific portfolio of clients in our Eastern Region and your day-to-day duties will see you:

  • Respond to all client enquiries within agreed timeframes or within reasonable expectations of the role.
  • Provide informed advice to clients on appropriate fit-for-purpose vehicles alternative finance options and strategies for reducing their total fleet operating costs.
  • Establish strong rapport by understanding client needs and proactively identifying opportunities to offer additional Fleetcare products and services enabling clients to focus on their core business.
  • Manage the end of lease replacement process to ensure maximum lease renewals and client satisfaction is achieved.
  • Liaise with Motor Vehicle Dealers and other 3rd party suppliers when required to ensure the best pricing and delivery experience for our clients.
  • Participate in client meetings as required representing Fleetcare in a professional manner and assist clients in developing appropriate fleet policies.
  • Assisting to facilitate new client implementations ensuring data accuracy of all fleet data.
  • Regularly review clients fleets and provide scheduled and ad hoc reporting as requested to meet client expectations.


Skills And Experiences

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

To be considered you will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a client focused role
  • Results focused with a proven ability to meet targets and objectives
  • Demonstrated strong customer service ethic
  • Have a dedicated and disciplined can-do approach to work
  • Ability to strategically analyse and formulate effective strategies
  • Possess outstanding problem solving and organisational skills
  • Be able to work independently whilst also enjoy collaborating as part of a team
  • Confidently approach learning new skills and processes.
  • Professional oral and written communication skills
  • Well developed analytical and numeracy skills
  • Intermediate MS Office skills including Teams and experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems will be highly regarded.
