Description of the role
Griswold Home Care for Greenville & Spartanburg is looking for a compassionate Male Caregiver to provide support to a Vietnam Veteran in Landrum SC. The ideal candidate will have the patience and dedication to assist a respected member of the military community with their daily needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing grooming and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Accompany the client to medical appointments
Requirements
- Previous experience as a caregiver
- Understanding of the unique needs of Vietnam Veterans
- Good communication skills
