As a Client Service Representative (CSR) / Intake Coordinator heres a big-picture view of what youll do:

  • Assist our team in ensuring compliance with quality and operational standards
  • Schedule staff and improve the process of client/patient scheduling for home care services
  • Document job orders receive referrals and assist with staffing orders
  • Verify client insurance and assist with office functions such aspayroll and documentation verification

A few must-haves for Client Service Representative (CSR) / Intake Coordinator:

  • One (1) year experience in health care temporary staffing or related industry preferred.
  • Experience home care scheduling is a plus.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Requires excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
  • Proven organization skills and detail orientation
  • Have a positive attitude and be motivated to help others.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure with changing priorities and short deadlines.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with clinical and non-clinical staff
