The job involves managing Seller facing initiatives to improve EU legislation requirement acceptance. The role is responsible for end-to-end management of EU Compliance projects and governance initiatives to ensure Seller growth in EU MP. It requires comprehensive business planning including but not limited to creating action plans compliance strategies and execution roadmaps while ensuring operational rigor and designing high-impact business processes. The individual will be responsible for managing complex compliance data systems and governance tools ensuring data integrity and driving adoption across the organization.
The position requires someone who excels at stakeholder management as they will be liaising with remote teams and senior leaders to drive compliance initiatives. The individual will manage business impact via functional activities and will be accountable for designing and delivering on all KPIs including compliance rates data accuracy metrics and program adoption targets.
The role involves interfacing with Product teams to build scalable compliance solutions and automated workflows. Success requires influencing peers and stakeholders across functions to achieve operational and business goals while maintaining alignment with regulatory requirements and deadlines. The successful candidate should have the ability to work at all levels of detail from strategic planning to day-to-day execution to accomplish team/organization goals.
The ideal candidate actively seeks to understand Amazons core business values and initiatives and translates those into everyday compliance practices. They should be skilled in data analysis reporting and dashboard creation with the ability to translate complex compliance requirements into actionable business processes. In this role you have to be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity possess strong attention to detail and passion for data and demonstrate an ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing regulatory environment. This individual will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within the senior management teams of existing accounts along with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create and present compelling Amazon solutions that meet and exceed compliance requirements.
Key job responsibilities
Managing Seller relationship by championing their compliance needs at Amazon
Managing and driving the growth of the Sellers business by adding selection and delivering on key business opportunities for Sellers
Expected to own all actions related to compliance programs and drive adoption of the tool/program.
Develop and maintain daily/weekly compliance reporting mechanisms to track program effectiveness
Monitor and analyze data discrepancies coordinating with leadership for timely resolution
Partner with policy teams to track and assess upcoming regulatory requirements ensuring operational readiness within mandated timeframes
Create and maintain documentation for compliance processes and procedures
Conduct regular audits of compliance data to ensure integrity and completeness
Design and implement strategies and contribute to improve compliance rates and program adoption
Partner with BI/BA teams to develop and maintain dashboards for real-time tracking of compliance metrics
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline compliance processes and reduce manual intervention
Propose improvements to our software and other tools for ease of use as well as efficacy.
Continual tactical communication with internal customers (STLs Product Tech Program and Partner Managers)
Must be able to systematically escalate problems or variance in the information and data to the relevant owners and teams and follow through on the resolutions.
Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs.
Must be able to quickly understand the business impact of the trends and make decisions that make sense based on available data.
Develop Key performance metrics to assist with driving business results.

- Bachelors degree
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- 6 years of client or vendor facing roles with a focus in relationship management and negotiation skills experience
