You will beconfident creative and forward-thinking leading the implementation of our new Learning Management System (LMS) working closely with our chosen external partner. Your role will be pivotal in modernising how we deliver training and development across the service.

The team
This role along with our learning and development team will report to the Organisation Development Partner. Our team delivers our SFRS learning offer in conjunction with Suffolk County Council and other programmes of work to meet service needs.
