Where does this role fit in

As a Management Accountant youll support our Business Partner and work alongside finance and operational teams. Your role will involve preparing month end accounts reviewing financial performance supporting budgeting and forecasting and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Youll also work with senior management assisting with audits and helping teams improve financial awareness.

What skills and experience do you need

Were looking for someone with experience in preparing management accounts and financial reports with strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide insights. You should be confident in presenting financial information to senior management managing multiple priorities and supporting colleagues and stakeholders with clear communication and negotiation. Experience in a business partnering environment is key along with a practical understanding of financial controls business risks and regulatory reporting. Ideally youll be a CCAB qualified accountant but were also happy to chat with part qualified candidates working towards their qualification.

What are the pay and benefits

  • This role is fixed termuntil 1st June 2026 full time 37 hours per week. The part qualified salary is 42358 FTE and qualified salary is 50213 FTE
  • Flexible working policies this role would be both office and home based with regular time spent in our Swansea office and occasionally elsewhere including Cardiff and Newport. Your base location will be set to your nearest head office.
  • 26 days holiday entitlement plus Bank holidays rising to 30 days with length of service
  • All other internal benefits.
