We are seeking a talented individual to join our Cyber Media & Technology Practice at Marsh. This role will be based in Norwich. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The Cyber Broker will work within a highly skilled team that specialises in managing a portfolio of existing and new business accounts.

We will count on to:

  • Manage a book of your own Cyber clients working directly with the client and/or in collaboration with Marsh colleagues globally managing the wider relationship and other lines of insurance
  • Work closely with Marsh colleagues to provide oversight guidance and support
  • Understand the clients business strategic priorities risk strategies and risk management needs and provide advice accordingly to successfully serve clients
  • Advise clients on coverage queries and executing mid-term programme amendments
  • Work with the team to seek growth opportunities and subsequently win new business
  • Assist in presentations to existing and prospective clients and suggest innovative solutions

What you need to have:

  • Excellent communication skills both written (tenders reports presentations) and verbal (client meetings colleague meetings and delivery of tenders and presentations)
  • Proven organisation abilities and ability to multi-task
  • Diligence accuracy and ability to work to strict deadlines and under pressure
  • A problem solving mentality clients will occasionally present a challenge to us at the 11th hour and our team must always find a way to address it
  • Pride in maintaining the highest professional standards and appetite to challenge the status quo to ensure we deliver best possible outcomes for our clients
