We are seeking people with a strong account management background who can manage a number of medium to small existing selling partner accounts to help them grow their business on Amazon by ensuring they understand Amazons products services systems and tools.
You will be responsible for using feedback from selling partners to identify opportunities for improving Amazons products services processes systems and tools. Lastly Lead a variety of projects that drive growth and improve Customer Experience and Seller Experience in Egypt. Partner with regional teams to drive automation and scalability across organization.
To be successful in this role you must have superior analytical communication writing and presentation skills. Operating in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment working autonomously and taking full control & responsibility for achieving business objectives.
Key job responsibilities
Work closely with selling partners educating them about Amazons high standards of Delivery and Customer Experience.
Be your seller partners consultant providing them with data-driven insights and advice to optimize their success
Identify key business opportunities of your categorys growth plan.
Conduct deep dive analysis on issues affecting selling partners business performance and provide the Voice of the Seller as an input into product development and process improvement.
Track and report business development results analyze data interpret reports and information and publish recommendations & action plans for your portfolio of selling partners.
Partner with multiple stakeholders and regional teams to align programs and initiatives to help drive the growth of your selling partners portfolio.
Lead a variety of projects that drive growth and improve Customer Experience and Seller Experience in Egypt.

Identify key business opportunities of your category via spotting popular brands trends and pricing to ensure managing the portfolio toward a growth plan.
Work closely with selling partners educating them about Amazons high standards of Delivery and Customer Experience.
Track and report business development results analyze data interpret reports and information and publish recommendations & action plans for your portfolio of selling partnersDiving deep into analysis requires strong Excel experience.
About the team
Our teams mission is to grow our base of selling partners by working closely with them providing them with data-driven insights and advice to optimize their success and grow their business.
- 3 years of professional or military experience
- Experience in procurement negotiation sales consulting supply chain product/project management or marketing
- Experience within e-commerce or Retail fields
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level including: pivot tables macros index/match vlookup VBA data links etc.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with pipeline management skills to include utilization of Salesforce or other CRM tools
