As the Senior Administration Officer/Receptionist youll be part of an experienced engaged and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming professional and supportive care experience for the residents of our Eltham.

Things that work for us:
Relevant experience in a similar role providing administrative services and supporting your Manager with administrative leadership and organisation
Oversee financial administration in line with SVCS policies and procedures including ensuring all cash on premises is accounted for and is securely kept
Provide assistance with resident admissions and discharges documentation and folders
Provide support in the preparation of reports and support relevant SVCS audits
accreditation and reporting requirements
Provide backfill to the Roster Coordinator role when require during periods of absence
Standards and provision of services by St Vincents Care Services
High level of customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Ability to follow directives as per care plan
Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities would be beneficial
Current flu COVID-19 vaccination and National Police Certificate (within the last 6 months)
NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
