Life Saving Victoria is Victorias peak water safety and lifesaving organisation built on the proud traditions and programs of our founding organisations the Royal Life Saving Society Australia and Surf Life Saving Australia.
Lifesaving has been an integral part of the Victorian way of life since 1904. Today LSV is a multifaceted volunteer-based community organisation with a focus on public safety and community wellbeing.
Our volunteers members employees and partners work together with communities educational institutions government agencies businesses and the broader aquatic industry to Save lives and empower communities to safely enjoy water.
Administrator Sport DevelopmentWe have an exciting opportunity to join our sports participation team and be an active contributor to our sport development programs.
Located at our Port Melbourne Head Office and reporting into the Lead Coordinator of Development this full-time position is responsible for providing administrative support for Life Saving Victorias sport development programs including managing qualifications coordinating events and creating and maintaining resources and social media content.
The role has a number of internal and external stakeholders and requires excellent client management and proactive engagement with others. Tasks include:
Who are you
You have experience in administration and have a strong focus to attention to detail. You will be an exceptional collaborator who is comfortable communicating at all levels. You will have excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
Your enthusiastic approachable and can-do attitude will be the basis of your success in this role.
