Job Summary:
As a MOKA Barista youll be at the heart of the actioncrafting delicious beverages engaging with customers and keeping our shops running smoothly. If you thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment and enjoy building relationships this is the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and serve high-quality espresso drinks brewed coffee teas and specialty beverages
- Customize drinks to meet customer preferences while ensuring quality and consistency
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming friendly experience for every guest
- Operate coffee equipment safely and efficiently including espresso machines and grinders
- Maintain a clean organized and well-stocked workspace
- Accurately handle cash and POS transactions
- Team Rockstar Collaborate communicate and support your teammates. Together youll keep the coffee flowing and the good vibes going!
Qualifications:
- Positive outgoing attitude and strong communication skills
- Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Previous food or beverage experience is a plus but not requiredwell train you!
- Must be available to work a minimum of20 hours/week(including weekends) with the potential for up to35 hours/week
