Who You Are and What Will You Do
- Expert in Workday Reporting & Analytics
- Self-Starter who solves challenges with end-to-end holistic sustainable solutions
- Leads complex projects or tasks that require a high degree of judgement resourcefulness and self-initiative.
- Creates designs and maintains custom reports (e.g. matrix composite trending) and dashboards as requested by functional users.
- Experience in Time Tracking & Absence configuration and Reporting preferred.
- Maps data creates and uses EIBs to load data into Workday and leads in data validation to ensure data quality.
- Works on special projects (e.g. reorganizations mergers acquisitions system conversions or divestitures).
- Provides Level 3 expertise for HR issue resolution in Service Now
- May design and facilitate HR training for new functionality new releases etc.
- Works in partnership with HR to listen for requirements coach to success and drive to execution.
What You Will Bring
- Bachelors degree or 5 years of related human resources experience.
- Must have at least 3 years experience in Workday Composite Reporting.
- Ideal candidate will have Workday Pro certification for Reporting.
- Comfortable working under deadlines and producing key deliverables.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to operate with flexibility in a fast paced and evolving environment.
- Effective communication facilitation and presentation skills
- Must be able to work on site at least 6 days/month.
