SUMMARY
Lead assigned workers in the receipt and shipment of high-quality dairy products by coordinating the daily work assignments. Be actively engaged in the selection staging rotation loading and shipment of all company products. Continually and consistently in force GMP and housekeeping policies. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and at least 1 year of related experience.

- Actively enforce safety rules and company policies by leading by example.
- Plan and organize available resources (employee materials time and equipment) to best meet load out quality and safety goals. Monitor and adapt plans throughout the shift as needed.
- Lead daily shift meetings.
- Effectively communicate and coordinate product/resource availability with production department.
- Actively engage in waste reduction efforts in all areas. Monitor and record necessary waste tracking documentation.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts as assigned.
- Responsible for maintaining high sanitation standards.
- Ensure all required process control documentation is completed.
- Oversee incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy and condition of shipments.
- Train new employees in job duties.
- Required to cover various positions and shifts in department when needed.
- Promote retention and provide a workplace culture that is clean organized positive safe and that supports the mission vision guiding principles and values of the organization.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- At least 1 year of related experience.

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. The employee must be able to reach bend extend and lift 50-60 pounds. It also requires reaching and handling dairy products and pushing and pulling stacks of products weighing up to 200lbs.

- The work environment may require working in the cooler room with varying degrees of temperature and may include contact with water or dairy liquids.
- Exposed to a noise level of 90 decibels. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate/high. Wet/slippery work conditions.
