The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Software and Product Innovation team you will lead the development and implementation of dependable backend solutions. As a Senior Manager you will serve as a strategic advisor leveraging your knowledge to drive project success while fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within your team.

What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field
- 12 years of experience in Java backend development or full stack development
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Proven leadership in software development environments
- Demonstrating knowledge of Java frameworks like Spring Boot Hibernate
- Skilled in database technologies such as SQL and PostgreSQL
- Experience in RESTful API design and microservices architecture
- Familiarity with cloud platforms including Google Cloud AWS or Azure
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge on AWS Azure or GCP offerings
- Obtaining and maintaining relevant cloud certifications
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
