At La Fosse were building something special and we want you to be part of it. As a key figure in our Inovus brand (our fast-growing advisory and solutions arm) youll take the lead on complex digital data and AI projects for some of the most forward-thinking clients out there.
This isnt just another delivery role. Its a chance to step into a consultative client-facing position where youll shape strategy coach teams and bring bold ideas to life all while helping us scale a best-in-class delivery model across enterprise organisations.
What youll be doing
Youll sit at the heart of our Academy and Solutions portfolio translating vision into action and ensuring exceptional outcomes every time. Your focus will be on delivering high-value technically challenging projects with a particular emphasis on enterprise-scale environments and AI/data-led transformation.
Youll be the glue between clients stakeholders and high-performing teams setting the pace solving problems and championing agile and product ways of working.

- Has deep experience delivering large-scale digital data or AI-focused projects in enterprise environments
- Brings a strategic mindset and can step into a true consultative/advisory role with stakeholders

- Loves building relationships driving progress and improving processes from the inside out
- Can balance hands-on coaching with big-picture thinking across multiple clients and initiatives
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Delivery & Execution
- Own the delivery of complex client portfolios from scoping to completion
- Lead AI data and integration-heavy projects with technical feasibility and business impact in mind
- Work closely with client stakeholders to understand needs and shape strategy
- Act as a delivery coach and escalation point across high-impact projects
Team Leadership & Culture
- Mentor and support cross-functional teams creating an environment of trust and high performance
- Promote collaboration clear ownership and outcome-focused delivery
- Embed delivery best practices and help teams thrive
Consulting & Strategic Input
- Advise stakeholders on delivery strategy prioritisation and improvement
- Guide clients and teams through complexity and change with confidence
- Spot opportunities to optimise performance across the portfolio
Agile & Product Ways of Working
- Champion Agile Scrum and Product methods and tailor them to each project
- Facilitate key agile ceremonies and foster continuous improvement
- Act as an internal and external advocate for agile and user-centred delivery
Client Engagement & Relationship Building
- Be a trusted advisor to our clients ensuring transparency trust and great outcomes
- Handle escalations with empathy and clarity always aligned to value and impact
- Coach Lead Consultants to make sure client goals are consistently being met
Governance Risk & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure all delivery meets Inovus and client quality standards
- Set governance frameworks that support consistent scalable execution
- Track performance spot gaps early and drive improvement
Requirements
Key Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in delivery or product management roles ideally within technology consulting complex integration data or AI-driven transformation projects.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale multi-client delivery with a strong grasp of the challenges and pace of enterprise environments.
- Deep understanding of Agile Scrum and Product ways of working certifications like Scrum Master or Agile PM are a bonus.
- Experience working closely with technical SMEs including those in development data engineering AI/ML or solutions architecture with the ability to lead both technical and non-technical teams.
- A natural collaborator and influencer able to motivate teams and build trust with clients without formal authority.
- Confident in a consultative capacity offering strategic guidance improving delivery processes and navigating complexity with ease.
- Comfortable using a range of modern delivery tools whether thats JIRA Azure DevOps Trello Asana or MS Project.
- Strong communication leadership and stakeholder engagement skills always with a focus on value outcomes and client success.
