Provide 1:1 support to students with SEN focusing on progress and attainment
Work closely with teachers to follow and adapt the curriculum effectively
Support students with ADHD and Autism applying your specialist knowledge
Assist in behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive learning environment
Communicate effectively with parents and staff to support student development
Act as a team player who is flexible and creative in approach
Secondary SEN Teaching Assistant what we need from you:
A 1:1 or 2:1 degree from a top 20 UK University
Confidence and strength in managing challenging behaviour
Previous experience supporting children ideally in a school setting
Desire to pursue a career in Psychology or further education
Excellent communication skills and adaptability
