Were seeking a Youth DevelopmentCoordinator to lead impactful youth programstrack progress and collaborate with your energy ideas and understanding ofyouth and community needs to help make adifference!
WHAT YOULL DO:
Engage & Enroll: Lead intakes and setgoals with youth and community.
Review & Organize: Enter youth andvolunteer data organize files and keepthe process moving with your keen eye to
detail.
Plan & Recruit: Plan safe activities andrecruit volunteers. Represent program andmaintain school links.
Budgeting & Time Management: Arrange transportation and manage budget for youth program. Build awareness
secure support and identify funding.
Lead with Excellence: Represent ouragencys mission and values in everythingyou do.
SKILLS TO WOW US:
Strong work ethic to work independently or asa team.
Strong verbal and written skills to effectivelyengage diverse communities.
A knack for understanding child developmentand youth safety regulations and requirements.
Tech-savvy and able to handle computer taskswith ease.
Ability to manage multiple tasks documentactivities and meet deadlines.
Creative and adaptive approach toconnecting individuals with resources.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors degree in Human Services or arelated field with one (1) to three (3) yearsexperience in human service-related field OR
A combined total of five (5) years of educationand experience working with youth.
Recruiting and coordinating volunteersexperience preferred.
Bilingual (Spanish & English) preferred.
