Hourly Pay Rate: $60 - $68 per hour 12% superannuation
Security Clearance/Requirements: Ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline AGSVA security clearance. Police Check required.
A Federal Government agency is seeking an experienced IT Training and Development Coordinator to join their Enterprise Change Management Office (ECMO). This role plays a critical part in delivering tailored training and enhancing digital capability to support successful change and adoption of new technologies across the organisation.
As part of a national transformation program you will work closely with project and IT teams to assess learning needs create fit-for-purpose training materials and deliver impactful training programs. Youll engage stakeholders across the agency and play a key role in business readiness and user enablement.
Identify IT training needs and required skill levels across the organisation.
Develop accessible training materials including user guides SOPs quick reference guides and training videos.
Deliver virtual and in-person training to improve digital literacy and support system adoption.
Align training activities with broader change and project delivery schedules.
Collaborate with project and change teams to ensure training is targeted timely and effective.
Report on training delivery uptake and outcomes including validation from end users and business leaders.
Engage with IT teams to stay across system changes and reflect them in training programs.
Essential:
Demonstrated experience in IT training or technical instruction.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
Experience developing and delivering high-quality training content across various formats.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and methods for evaluating learner needs.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in high-paced environments.
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to contribute across the full training cycle (assessment development delivery evaluation).
Australian citizenship required.
Ability to obtain and maintain Baseline AGSVA Security Clearance.
