Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Furniture Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the assembly and installation of various furniture pieces in mainly commercial settings. This role requires a keen eye for detail excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
- Assemble and install furniture according to specifications and client requirements.
- Ensure all installations are completed in a timely and efficient manner maintaining high-quality standards.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure all components are present before installation.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns during the installation process.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate installations and deliveries effectively.
Experience
- Previous experience in furniture installation or a related field is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Strong understanding of assembly techniques and tools used in furniture installation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- A valid driving licence is advantageous for transporting furniture to various locations.
- Physical fitness is required as the role involves lifting heavy items and standing for extended periods.
