Position: Tenant Certification Specialist
Location: Cadiz OH or Hybrid Remote
Status: Full-Time
Compensation: $45000-$55000 bonus benefits
About the Role:
Belmont Properties is seeking a Tenant Certification Specialist to ensure our residents are income-eligible subsidy-compliant and file-ready under RD HUD and LIHTC program rules. If youre a detail-oriented processor who thrives on checklists deadlines and data accuracy - we want you on our team.
What Youll Do:
Process move-in annual and interim certifications
Submit and correct files in TRACS and MINC
Support site managers and Compliance Officers
Keep resident files clean accurate and audit-ready
