Land Rover San Diego has a great opportunity for a Parts Boutique Counterperson to join their team!
What will you do
The Parts Boutique Counterperson will primarily be responsible for Boutique parts sales such as apparel electronic components and toys/sports products.
Essential duties include but are not limited to:
Research and sell automotive repair related parts to customers.
Become the Parts Ambassador between New Car Sales and Parts Department.
Learn the electronics parts catalog.
Ability to learn the computer system and cashiering responsibilities.
Learn proper purchasing procedures inventory controls parts pricing and discount structure merchandising and display creation.
Learn companys policies practices and procedures related to parts.
Dust straighten and organize product when not engaged with customer or phone call.
Provide great customer service in person and over the phone.
When the Boutique Counter is not busy this person will also be crossed trained and assist in other areas of the Parts Department:
Downloadincoming orders enter into employers computer system and match withparts inventory.
Answering and directing incoming phone calls as needed
Obtainparts from manufacturer outside vendors or other dealers as needed.
Sortand label incoming parts and store in inventory.
What are we looking for
Ability to work a rotational Saturday schedule after training period is complete
High school diploma or equivalent; or 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Retail customer service/sales experience no previous automotive experience needed!
Great phone etiquette
Ability to work as cashier
Experience working in high-line automotive dealership is highly preferred
Proven outstanding customer service
Excellent interpersonal skills both in person and over phone
Team-oriented and flexible and ability to multi-task
Self-motivated
Compensation: $22.61/hour

Pay:
