  • Be the SME (subject matter expert) for systems processes and tools used by the Procurement function and ensure that SOPs reflect the current state and look to make ongoing improvements

  • Support the Procurement function and broader business by enabling effective sourcing contracting and governance

About the Role

Our Procurement team is expanding and were looking for a Senior Process & Systems Specialist to join our vast community of solvers. The Procurement team brings our purpose to life by enabling the Procurement function and broader business to operate effectively by supporting sourcing requirements contracting and governance framework in accordance with policies and processes.

Youll help solve complex problems by using your skills in:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in Australia

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication abilities

  • Advanced experience with Contract Lifecycle Management or Contract Repository systems

  • Proficiency in problem-solving and documenting Standard Operating Procedures (S&OP)

  • Experience with procurement systems and customer-centric principles

  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

In our Procurement team your impact will be seen by:

  • Facilitating procurement sourcing processes

  • Maintaining procurement tools and systems

  • Delivering change management communications and training

  • Acting as an SME for contract processing and system functionality

  • Leading offshore team and manage escalations

  • Supporting policy development and compliance reporting

  • Systems Used: Scanmarket ServiceNow DocuSign SharePoint Microsoft Office Suite Google Docs/Sheets/Slides/Drive Power BI Refinitiv

  • Qualifications: Degree in business procurement or IT (Desirable)
