International Travel Logistics Specialist - POLAND
TechTrans provides language logistics and administrative services. We have offices staff and clients across the world. We are seeking for Full-Time International Travel Logistics Specialist.
Candidate(s) hired for this position will be providing high quality event coordination support and customer service for international delegations. Candidate(s) must be able to multi-task be very organized thrive in a fast-paced environment maintain accurate documentation and be able to work independently have great problem solving and decision-making skills and impeccable communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Trip planning and travel arrangements for international business and government travelers from US Africa Asia Europe and other locations to attend conferences meetings and trainings worldwide. Booking and purchasing air tickets; assisting in getting visas to relevant countries; coordinating hotel lodging transportation meeting facilities interpreters and other related services. Preparing cost estimates for upcoming events including meeting facilities transportation interpretation services lodging etc. Tracking and monitoring project budgets and expenses. Communicating all aspects of travel and support to clients and identifying potential challenges. Coordinating and monitoring relationships with vendors and subcontractors. Maintaining purchase records and processing and approving invoices. Researching negotiating and following up on services with support vendors.
Requirements: Must be living locally with local citizenship BA/BS in related field Two years of travel support international project experience Previous customer service experience highly preferred Experience with International Organizations preferred Ability to handle multiple priorities processes and demands in a dynamic work environment Ability to work with dynamic requirements
