What youll be doing

Under the management of the Executive Trust Officer of Estate & Trust Services the Trust Administrator will report to the Executive Trust Officer and assist with the administration of dedicated accounts. As the Trust Administrator you will be responsible for assisting this specialized team in providing excellent client service while adhering to compliance policies internal controls and procedures. In this role you will demonstrate solid written verbal interpersonal analytical and application skills to service accounts needs assist in the management of investment portfolios and support client will need to demonstrate strong technical and system knowledge to review and analyze data to ensure quality assurance of transactions and maintain customer satisfaction. In addition you will assist in the management of day-to-day operation and overall efficiency of the book of accounts while seeking opportunities to streamline existing processes and procedures. You will support best practices and help the team achieve their primary objectives planning and carrying out administrative duties as required.
