Summary/Objectives
The Operations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating equipment requests from the Sales Department with that of existing inventory. They will work with the Operations Department to ensure correct and timely assignment of equipment to specific customers on corresponding delivery dates by use of the system software.
Essential Functions

Order equipment track all backorders and fill as the inventory is received.
Ensure orders are processed accurately through the system software with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Process the receipt of equipment and coordinate the information to Accounts Payable.
Receive and forward return paperwork on equipment brought back into the warehouse.
Take active involvement in inventory counts.
Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams resolving issues and answering questions with confidence and accuracy.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers phones photocopiers filing cabinets and fax machines.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Full-time; Monday Friday; 40 hours/week

Required Education and Experience
High school diploma
Computer and software system experience
Customer service experience
