The Role

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Business Development Manager to join Programmed Skilled Workforce based inUnderdale.

Reporting to the General Manager WA/SA/NT your primary focus will be to improve business market position and achieve financial growth within the LOCATION. We are seeking an individual that will continue to build a foundation for growth with a goal to become a proactive Industry leader in the provision of managed labour labour hire and staffing services.

Ideally you will possess Recruitment Industry experience; however applicants will be considered from a Trade Sales and Customer Service background.

Skills and experience

In order to thrive in this position the demonstrated experience and following attributes are highly valued:

  • Deliver service excellence to all clients & prospective clients whilst displaying outstanding relationship & account management skills.
  • Ability to identify and close new business opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Be approachable and confident in dealing with a variety of people including colleagues internal and external management & all stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Have strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office and using CRM systems.
  • Current Drivers Licence.
