Job Title: Paint Coordinator

Job Summary:

Functional Job Duties:

Preparing work packets based on paint specs inspection test plans and drawings.

Coordinate with quality engineers on inspection test dates.

Coordinate with project managers on schedule.

Generate paint reports.

Experience in industrial painting.

Drive production.

Maintain a paint inventory.

Order paint and paint consumables.

Mental Requirements:

-Must possess sufficient interpersonal skills to effectively interact with persons inside and outside the company.

-Must be able to work under stress and handle multiple priorities.

-Must have the ability to perform mathematical calculations related to job requirements.

-Must be able to work under stress and meet deadlines.

-Must be able to maintain and process job-related paperwork effectively.

-Must be able to handle multiple priorities.

Physical Requirements:

-Must be able to go up and down stairs.

-Must be able to communicate effectively.

-Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

-Must be able to walk long distances in possible harsh weather conditions to office taking caution from the hazards that come with a manufacturing facility.

-Must be able to operate a computer telephone and other office equipment.

-Must not present a risk of injury to self or others while engaged in company duties.

-Must be able to work overtime as required.
