Job Summary

As a Client Tax Associate within the Operations Team you will modify client information based on daily maintenance requests and assist with training documents. You will liaise with cross line of business partners manage team allocations and ensure compliance with guidelines to achieve business results. Your focus will be on building strong client relationships promoting process improvements and maintaining a robust operational environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Modify client information based on daily maintenance requests and verify data corrections across systems.
  • Assist with training documents and train staff on new and revised processes.
  • Implement a control function platform and maintain procedure documents to drive a control-centric environment.
  • Liaise with cross line of business partners to achieve business improvements and system enhancements.
  • Manage team allocations assess work capacity and identify process efficiencies for improvement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with guidelines procedures and regulations to achieve Service Level Agreements.
  • Raise and escalate issues highlight risks and dependencies and present mitigation options.

    Required Qualifications Skills and Capabilities

  • Strong client focus and relationship-building skills across lines of business.
  • Ability to assess work allocations and identify bottlenecks for process improvement.
  • Familiarity with key tax regulatory requirements and their impact on global teams.
  • Hands-on approach to core delivery and execution of operations across lines of business.

    Preferred Qualifications Skills and Capabilities

  • Thorough knowledge of SOPs and related checkpoints.
  • Experience in managing team allocations and ensuring timely completion of processes.
  • Ability to ensure a strong operational environment with robust controls and checks.
  • Skills in soft-skill coaching technical training and talent management.
